As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and generating profitable revenue by leading a team of sales and account management representatives. This is a management position requiring individual performance, market conditions, and district requirements.
Your duties and responsibilities will include managing the Area's proactive account retention program, assigning retention responsibility to the appropriate account managers, and maintaining and reinforcing the corporate retention strategy. You will also supervise activities of the Sales and Retention Department, ensuring team members meet or exceed call activity, proactive retention, pricing improvement, service upgrades, and service agreement conversion goals.
In addition, you will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to communicate and effectively manage the Area's price increase strategies including meeting price increase goals. Providing expert industry knowledge and interpretation of regulations to retention team and customers is also part of your responsibilities. Regularly meeting with customer executives to ensure client needs are being met and expectations are exceeded is also required.
