Job Summary

CDI custom curb adapters is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team in the manufacturing department. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for welding various metal types to create components used to assemble the finished product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding Operations: Safely operate MIG welding machines and other tools to complete projects, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Component Preparation: Prepare products to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting steel parts.
  • Quality Control: Inspect welds for accuracy and ensure compliance with blueprints and company standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and safety devices to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate with supervisors and production staff to coordinate work schedules and ensure smooth production.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Skills: Outstanding attention to detail, ability to multitask, strong time management skills, and excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and hand tools.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, frequently bend, twist, grip, squat, and lift, with the ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally.
