Human Resources Manager Job Description
Jeg's Automotive, LLC is looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team in Delaware, OH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and succession planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
  2. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and employee complaints.
  3. Benefits and Compensation: Manage all associate Benefits programs, assess benefit needs and trends, recommend benefit programs to management, and obtain and evaluate benefit contract bids.
  4. Sucession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure the continued growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or human resources management preferred.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and management teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR information systems and technology.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
