Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the recruitment process, establishing requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Collaborate with Executive leadership to define long-term mission and core values to foster an inclusive culture.
- Assist in daily workflow of Human Resources department.
- E nsure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws and regulations.
- Manage associate Benefits programs, assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending programs to management, and evaluating bids.
- All aspects of Compensation Management, including establishing plans, conducting pay surveys, scheduling job evaluations, preparing pay increase budgets, and implementing revisions.
- Manage Succession Planning, working with managers to identify and develop internal candidates for key business leadership positions.
- Maintain management policies, procedures, guidelines, and Associate Handbook.
- Assist Training Manager with training programs on an ongoing basis and make recommendations as necessary to ensure quality and consistency.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or Human Resources Management preferred.
- 7+ years' experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- 'Associate Advocate' mindset, creating and maintaining relationships with all associates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, supervisory, and leadership skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of various human resource information systems.
