Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Operations Manager to join our team at R.H. White Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the activities of assigned personnel and subcontractors engaged in the installation of piping, pumping, electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review plans, specifications, equipment schematics, and onsite conditions to determine the safest and most efficient means to install water, sanitary, or gas pipe and equipment in accordance with plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct the work of subordinates, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective construction strategies to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and estimators, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Massachusetts.
  • Must demonstrate leadership ability necessary to lead, motivate, and direct the work of subordinates.
  • Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy; follow instructions, read blueprints, and make decisions based on measurable criteria.
  • High school diploma and/or additional specialized training as required for licensing. Minimum 5 years' experience in trade, with preference in Service work.
  • Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
