About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Bethesda Chevy Chase Surgery Center. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.

You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center. This is a weekday-only position, with no holidays, weekends, or call required. Some later evenings may be necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient operation of our facility, including the management of surgical procedures and staff.
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to maintain high-quality patient care and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective use of our facilities and staff.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our team, including training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts.
