Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Early Assets TA Project Manager in Ridgefield, CT. This role will have a direct impact on the organization and the larger clinical industry, making it an exciting career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the US Early Assets TA Teams with asset deliverables and strategy execution, ensuring timely integrations within the global development strategy.

* Collaborate with the US Early Assets TA Teams to document and track progress on deliverables and milestone completion, identifying project risks and potential impact on overall timelines.

* Support the preparation of the US Early Integrated Asset Plan (eIAP), Asset Evidence Plan (AEP), and other key deliverables in coordination with the Global Asset Team.

* Ensure the overall US deliverable plan is developed and current, enabling timely integrations within the global development strategy.

Requirements

* Minimum of five (5) years of overall pharmaceutical experience, with a minimum of two (2) years in early pipeline development, new product launch, and strategy development required.

* Bachelor's degree in business, science, medicine, or a related field required; an MBA, PharmD, or advanced graduate degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

* Demonstrated project management, and effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

* Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and influence teams without authority required.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results on large initiatives.

* Well-developed leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.
