Job Title: Truck Sales Representative

RWC International LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Truck Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and/or used medium and heavy-duty trucks to key accounts, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business partnerships with key accounts to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Retain and grow existing accounts by executing the sales strategy and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Effectively manage territory through prioritization and maximum efficiency to ensure that corporate objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain territory coverage plan, including account, opportunity, and call planning.
  • Sales calls – face-to-face meetings with call plans followed up by one-page call reports.
  • Develop and maintain sales within areas of geographic responsibility.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in assigned territory by qualification and relationship building of customers.
  • Participate in sales, product, and training meetings.
  • Analyze customers and market conditions to provide management with data about market trends, competitive products, pricing, promotions, and programs.
  • Identify sales opportunities through customer needs-analysis and knowledge of competitor products.
  • Respond to all inquiries, both internal and external, in a timely basis, prepare weekly itineraries, prepare routine and special reports as required by management, and maintain a professional image.
  • Become proficient in the use of the TOPs (Truck Order Proposal System) and the company customer database system.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the sale of new and used medium and heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Maintain a Class "B" Commercial Driver's License within one year.
Requirements:
  • High degree of product and technical knowledge.
  • Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer.
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must conduct himself/herself in a professional manner.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
What We Offer:

RWC International LTD offers a competitive salary range of $50,000-$800,000 annual salary, depending on role, experience level, and individual sales performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, full health benefits, and a 401k match.

Employee safety is a prime concern of RWC. This position is a safety-sensitive position and requires a clean MVR to operate a motor on behalf of RWC and falls under the requirements of the RWC Drug and Alcohol policy.
