Job Title: Senior Mobile Device Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Device Administrator to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our mobile device management systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate iOS, Android, and macOS deployments to ensure seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Provide timely and accurate deployment reports to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot tickets related to application installations, profile installs, device enrollment, and DEP Profile assignment.
  • Maintain iOS levels in accordance with business requirements.
  • Report Console issues and Devices issues to Mobility Engineering in a timely manner and generate tickets with VMware as needed.
  • Manage Admin ID for Console Users.
  • Collaborate with application development teams to set up devices and provide support during UAT testing.
  • Create Smart Groups, Assignment Groups, and Organization Groups as required.
  • Provide daily operational support for our global IT enterprise.
  • Administer and/or oversee mobility systems for multiple projects and environments.
  • Analyze system faults, review diagnostic tests, and troubleshoot Workspace One (AirWatch) Systems and underlying virtual servers to identify problems.
  • Analyze connectivity issues to identify causes of device mail flow, web traffic, and device enrollment communications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with four (4) or more years of mobile device management (MDM) administration experience, with at least one (1) year of hands-on experience supporting Workspace One (AirWatch).
  • Two (2) or more years of experience with Workspace One.
  • Experience working with DEP.
  • Prior experience with iOS, Android, and MAC, and Windows mobile devices.
  • MCSE or Workspace One (AirWatch) certification is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of network technologies and virtual server technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of a team, but also work independently and apply judgment as needed.
  • Capacity to take the initiative to get involved in troubleshooting efforts and identify process improvements.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks or projects at the same time and effectively prioritize what is most important.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills with respect to deadlines, priority changes, and interruptions.
