We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Intelligence Manager to lead our data-driven strategy and operations. As a Data Intelligence Manager, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to support informed decision-making across the organization. Your primary focus will be to drive actionable insights, improve business performance, and enhance the overall data intelligence infrastructure. This role will require collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven approaches align with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive data intelligence strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and BI specialists to optimize performance and deliver high-quality insights.
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and management of large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Analytics & Insights: Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements and opportunities.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients and other departments to support data-driven decision-making and align efforts across the organization.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data compliance, privacy, and security standards are met and maintained in all data activities.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies that can enhance data intelligence capabilities and improve efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies such as AI to continually refine data processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience with data management systems, analytics platforms, and visualization tools such as Power Bi, PowerApps, and Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to develop and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning techniques preferred.
