Compensation: $60-65/hour will be based on the candidate's skills and experience.

General Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and proficient analyst with expertise in Process Enhancements, Project Management, and optimizing operational efficiency across diverse business sectors. This position requires onsite presence twice a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ business process reengineering (BPR) methodologies, model operational workflows, and perform data analysis to assess comprehensive business processes for efficiency enhancements.
- Monitor the advancement of planned improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution and realization of anticipated benefits.
- Collaborate with various functional departments to establish and uphold performance metrics, evaluation methods, and targets.
- Gather and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data related to business processes to identify solutions and support data-driven decision-making.
- Investigate and assess opportunities linked to process flow discrepancies.
