The Alpha Omega team is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Cybersecurity and Privacy Operations Center (CPOC) in establishing repeatable end-to-end processes using Supply Chain Risk programs to validate processes. The ideal candidate will work with CPOC divisions to define the initial Supply Chain Risk Management Program, understand mission, scope, and requirements to ensure compliance with NIST standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with CPOC divisions to understand existing processes, identify gaps, and make recommendations for improvements to eliminate critical gaps
  • Document existing/new processes and workflows to include stage gates
  • Support the development of new processes, including the development of business process improvement plans and priorities, execution of process improvements, including automation and tool development
  • Document standard operating procedures, checklist, and templates to support required deliverables
  • Identify and document areas of automation to help centralize and streamline processes using existing toolsets
  • Recommend policies and guidance in support of the new end-to-end process
  • Organizational communications, trainings, and detailed walk-throughs of the end-to-end process, procedures, templates, and approved policies and guidance

Required Qualifications:

Education:
BS in business administration, IT, or any related field or equivalent experience

Experience/Skills:
Prior Business Analyst and process experience. Experience motivating teams in a virtual environment. Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
Cybersecurity background. Background in government agencies such as USDA, SBA, or other federal agencies
