We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Integrated Care and Consultation, LLC in Sioux Falls. As a mental health professional, you will play a vital role in helping patients overcome personal, emotional, and psychological challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality therapy sessions to patients, promoting emotional growth and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Evaluate patient conditions and histories, formulating and implementing effective treatment plans.
  • Actively promote behavioral health services to the community, fostering a culture of wellness and support.
  • Develop and coordinate services with outside social agencies to maximize treatment impact.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid South Dakota licensure (LMHC/LCSW) and at least 1 year of post-licensure experience providing direct therapy.
  • Knowledge of psychology and human development, including test administration, scoring, and interpretation.
