Job Summary:

The CSCT Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, experience working with emotionally disturbed youth, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and provide consultation to other staff members
  • Provide education and support to families and caregivers
  • Collaborate with schools and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work or counseling
  • Montana licensure as a LCSW or LCPC
  • 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents
  • Strong knowledge of mental health principles and assessment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
