Job Title: CSCT Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CSCT Therapist to join our team at Many Rivers Whole Health. As a CSCT Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic activities, individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents in the Comprehensive School and Community Treatment (CSCT) Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents in the CSCT Program.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the CSCT Behavioral Specialist and school-based sites.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records, including daily progress notes.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, committees, and professional meetings to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide consultation to other staff members as requested and participate in staffing of cases.
  • Act as a liaison between the CSCT program, the school district, and Many Rivers Whole Health.
  • Maintain a safe behavioral environment and participate in clinical supervision.
  • Familiarity with MT Board of Behavioral Health licensing standards and maintain licensure applicant credentials.
  • Participate in in-service training and attend program staff meetings as directed by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a college or university with a master's degree in social work or counseling that leads to Montana licensure as a LCSW or LCPC.
  • Two years' experience with children is preferred, along with a thorough knowledge of emotionally disturbed youth.
  • Currently licensed in Montana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor.
  • Must have a strong knowledge base in the following areas: developmental stages of childhood, theory and practice of mental health principles, and assessment using DSM V as well as familiarity with serious emotional disturbance criteria.
