Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and directing the Technical Support personnel in Chicago
  • Overseeing the IT infrastructure for radio systems
  • Managing the Axia audio network routing
  • Ensuring the maintenance of all broadcast-related IT hardware
  • Providing comprehensive technical assistance for radio stations
  • Being on-call for urgent repairs

Essential Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • 3-5 years of experience in radio station operations
  • Background in computer science
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of IT networking within a broadcast context
  • Experience in radio studio maintenance
  • Expertise in systems management

Work Environment:

At Moody Bible Institute, we are a Christian-focused Higher Education and Media Ministry seeking individuals who are mission-driven and possess a servant's heart. You will engage in various settings, including typical office environments, radio/audio studios, and occasional fieldwork, utilizing equipment such as fax machines, telephones, computers, and IT switches. The role may require physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, with on-call responsibilities and occasional travel.
