Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative Backup position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of front-end operations in our store. As a key member of the Front-End Customer Service Team, you will work a combination of early, mid, and late shifts to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe all store rules and company policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Supervise and direct front-end activities and operations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with transactions, including cash handling, price checks, and refunds.
  • Process sales transactions, including authorized Accounts Receivable sales, EFT transactions, and manufacturer's coupons.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Front-End Customer Service Team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of cashier experience within the company.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Strong math skills to handle sales transactions, tender change, and balance cash receipts.
  • Ability to work a combination of early, mid, and late shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Relocation to a store within 15-20 miles from home may be required.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, and using hands to handle objects. The employee must be able to walk, talk, and hear, and occasionally exert or lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
