Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with automation software, manufacturing systems, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed.
