The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Audiologist to join our team. As a Technical Support Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our hearing healthcare professional partners. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide fitting recommendations and troubleshooting to ensure exceptional patient benefit and success
  • Support hearing healthcare professionals in selecting, fitting, and troubleshooting supported products
  • Document customer contacts and identify opportunities to enhance technical and troubleshooting resources
  • Develop professionally by demonstrating a desire to learn and grow within the organization
Requirements
  • AuD in Audiology preferred, Master's Degree considered
  • 4-5 years+ Clinical Dispensing experience, preferably in multiple dispensing environments and with both pediatric and adult populations
  • Familiarity with Phonak Product Portfolio and software(s)
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills in a wide variety of areas
