Job Summary

The Junior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between internal and external customers, as well as the underwriting team. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for customers while allowing underwriters to focus on loan reviews and daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to send follow-up communications on outstanding conditions and update Salesforce accordingly.
  • Assist in converting and sorting conditions within 24 hours of submission.
  • Follow up on loans stuck in the setup process and update all parties and Salesforce.
  • Track the lock expiration report and alert Senior Account Managers of deals within 72 hours of expiration.
  • Assist in working the active pipeline as needed.
  • Participate in training opportunities to enhance growth and efficiency within the Client Services department.
  • Collaborate with sales, underwriting, closing, and funding departments regarding loan submissions and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to Angel Oak policies and procedures.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet company efficiency and productivity standards.
