We need your knowledge to help break down complex threats into manageable plans of action.
Your RoleAs an information security risk specialist on our team, you'll assist our clients in discovering their cyber risks, understanding applicable policies, and developing a mitigation plan. You'll gather technical, environmental, and personnel details from subject matter experts to help assess the entire threat landscape. You'll learn to guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, white papers, and milestones, and help translate security concepts so they can make informed decisions to secure their critical infrastructure.
Requirements- 10+ years of experience with security control assessments
- 5+ years of experience in a lead role
- 3+ years of experience with successfully managing project schedules and developing required deliverables using established client templates
- 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies
- Knowledge of the NIST SP 800 series and testing NIST security controls
- Ability to present IT security risk to executive management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined and dynamic team
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- CISSP, AWS or MS Azure Certification, and CASP+, GCED, GCIH, GSLC, CISA, CISM, CFR, CCISO, or CCSP Certification
- Experience with assessing security controls in a cloud environment
