Job Summary

IMTS is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As an Information Systems Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information. You will work closely with our IT Program Managers to evaluate system environments for security requirements and controls, and develop security specifications to support the acquisition of new systems.

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information
  • Evaluate system environments for security requirements and controls
  • Develop security specifications to support the acquisition of new systems
  • Assist in the A&A process
  • Complete self-assessments
  • Monitor and coordinate patch management and scanning techniques for all unit systems
  • Support and facilitate the security awareness, training, and education program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform contract analysis, schedule reviews, and cost estimations
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with project management tools
