Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to assist the Store Manager in various store tasks, maintain front-of-house inventory, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Store Manager in various store tasks, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain front-of-house inventory, ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Be the first point of contact and liaison for front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct hands-on behind-the-counter training and tracking, ensuring that staff are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate weekly with staff to keep them updated on company news and initiatives.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their experience, providing personalized service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collect and submit resumes for management positions, helping to identify and develop talent within the company.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Store Manager, providing input and feedback on store operations and customer service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff.
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
