Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet business objectives, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement effective coaching and training programs to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience and team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our customer service team remains competitive and innovative.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
