Odle Management is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join their team. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing general accounting duties, including maintaining financial records, processing vendor invoices, and preparing expenditure reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Process vendor invoices and prepare payment authorizations
  • Prepare expenditure reports and reconcile financial data
  • Assist in compiling and preparing monthly financial reports
  • Cultivate a climate of respect and professionalism within the center

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent with courses in general accounting and bookkeeping
  • One-year experience as a general accounting clerk preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to type accurately at a moderate speed
  • Bookkeeping experience and aptitude for mathematical computation
  • Proficiency in use of mathematical spreadsheets, e.g., Excel, Lotus 1-2-3

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum
