Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Improvement Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's University Health Network. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in clinical care and quality improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, administrators, and department managers to identify and meet continuous performance improvement requirements.
  • Provide education, consultative services, and technical assistance to hospital departments and Performance Improvement Committees.
  • Facilitate and lead organizational improvement activities using the PDCA improvement methodology.
  • Conduct concurrent review of literature and websites to provide teams with up-to-date evidence and best practice recommendations.
  • Analyze data reports and implement processes to achieve improved performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical care of patients required.
  • Experience in Quality/Performance Improvement preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Knowledge of personal computers and software.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
