As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing individualized behavioral/therapeutic treatment plans for our clients. With a strong focus on trauma-informed care, you will work collaboratively with clinical, direct support, management staff, and family or other support networks to achieve positive outcomes. Your expertise in assessment, documentation, and case management will enable you to provide high-quality care services to our clients. We offer a competitive salary of $52,140.86 per year, with additional stipends for on-call duties and a one-time sign-on bonus of $1,500. Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Develops and implements individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Clinical Services: Provides direct clinical care services through individual counseling sessions, community and residence interactions, and support network communication.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintains accurate and comprehensive records of client progress, including assessments, treatment plans, and service delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Works effectively with clinical, direct support, management staff, and family or other support networks to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
