As the Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the highest standards of service at all times. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in full-service restaurant management.
  • 2+ years of FOH management experience required.
  • Experience in a restaurant with a full-service bar.
  • Background in a restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
  • Management experience overseeing at least 15 staff members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook).
