Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage a process of advance scheduling to support strength of schedule in the Donor Recruitment Software.
  • Administer reserving (sharing) of staff in multiple collection operations for events and established larger drives.
  • Develop and manage a schedule of Data Software audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Review relevance of available Software upgrades to make recommendations to management.
  • Apply notes, banners, and constraints to the calendar about events relevant to scheduling.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and Windows-based software.
  • Ability to balance spreadsheets and numbers.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service and negotiation skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay based on education and/or experience.
  • $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year.
  • Health, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401(k), paid-time off, $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement, holiday pay, etc.

Work Environment:

  • Monday through Friday.
  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may vary).
