Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Alpha Industries, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a Positive First Impression: Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, adhering to our dress code standards.
  • Engaging with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their personal style, and provide expert fashion advice to maximize sales.
  • Sharing Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
  • Meeting Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing Quality Service: Ensure seamless customer experiences, from fitting room assistance to cash wrap transactions.
  • Maintaining Store Standards: Assist with daily opening and closing tasks, maintain a clean and tidy store environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends; standing for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise; comfortable climbing ladders.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork; knowledge of POS systems preferred; 1+ years of fashion retail experience preferred.
