Compensation Package

As a Luxury Automotive Sales Representative, you can expect an annual income of $65,000 - $125,000+, based on your performance. You'll also receive a minimum guarantee for 3 months during our comprehensive training program, plus annual longevity bonuses of $5K - $12K+. On top of that, you'll earn $600 - $900 per vehicle sold in commission.

Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Luxury Automotive Sales Representative. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with personalized solutions. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, guiding them through the car sales process, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience throughout.

You'll also work closely with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience. This includes presenting deal structures to customers, providing knowledgeable answers to their questions, and utilizing our CRM system to follow up with customers and ensure they're fully satisfied with their sales experience.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. If you're a driven and ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow within our company, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry (preferred, but not required)
  • People with experience in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, customer service, etc.) encouraged to apply
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
  • An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who has a personal determination to overcome possible objections while providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Process and detail-oriented with developed organizational skills
  • Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
