A DAY IN THE LIFE

This role is an EHS&S Seller-Doer position, fully remote, and is within our EHS&S Management Information Solutions team whose mission is to provide quality work, respond quickly and work effectively with supportive teams.

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic seller-doers to help our clients with system planning, setup, and support projects.

Beyond developing business and guiding customers, you will also be responsible for planning and designing projects with clients and your colleagues who all work remotely.

This includes ensuring established frameworks are followed and improved upon. With a project manager, you will be responsible for completing projects according to purpose, plan, schedule, and budget.

As you gain familiarity with our services, you will be responsible for bringing in new accounts and helping cross-sell Montrose services with existing accounts.

The job involves applying strong account/client management, project delivery skills with experience in implementing commercial off-the-shelf systems and subject matter expertise in EHS & Sustainability.

This includes air emissions, greenhouse gas, sustainability (ESG), permit tracking, incident management, inspections, audits, observations, occupational health, control of work, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing opportunities for new business through a variety of channels: push marketing campaigns, conference attendance, software partnership (relationship building with account executives), existing account management and opportunity identification, cross-selling with other lines of business within Montrose (e.g., our monitoring and reporting teams, occupational health experts, PSM/RMP SMEs, auditors, etc)
