Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will:

  • Operate in a clean room setting while adhering to safety protocols, including wearing protective gear.
  • Conduct on-site installations, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform necessary upgrades and modifications to equipment.
  • Order and install replacement parts as required.
  • Provide training to customer technicians on system operation and maintenance.
  • Uphold professional standards of conduct to maintain credentials for customer site access.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; or an associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree; military technical training and field experience may substitute for an associate degree; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Basic mechanical skills and knowledge in areas such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and their proper usage, including digital multimeters.
