Senior Planning Engineer

HirePower is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects and providing technical expertise to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead multifunctional teams to obtain input, address comments, and perform studies
- Develop and implement power system software applications and tools
- Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and industry best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers and analysts
- Coordinate and participate in stakeholder meetings with Company personnel, Market Participants, and industry Regulatory agencies
- Minimum 5 years of job-related work experience in excess of degree requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Required) or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
- Certification: PE Professional Engineer (Preferred)
