We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Bellevue. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality therapy and committed to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and team members in case consultations
  • Participate in monthly training opportunities and continuing education
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
  • Two years of experience providing direct 1:1 counseling
  • Current WA State Department of Health license
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT or ERP is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work 2 evenings and/or one weekend day
