Job Description:Client Requirements:

Client is seeking a consultant to join the Risk, Compliance & Integrity organization and contribute to the development of critical compliance, assurance, risk, and governance functions across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in the planning, readiness, and audit execution phases, including scoping, risk assessment, preparation of documentation, control re-validation, and support of audit programs performed by external auditors.
  2. Assess and advise stakeholders on compliance risks, controls, and issues identified during audits.
  3. Coordinate, manage, and facilitate processes to address auditor's inquiries, activities, and requests effectively and timely.
  4. Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to stakeholders across the company.
  5. Advise on control auditability and automation opportunities.
Requirements:

Domain Expertise: Experience with security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices (e.g., AICPA Trust Principles (SOC 1/2/3), ISO 27000 series, PCI DSS, SOX, and other compliance frameworks).

Critical Thinking: Questions assumptions, various perspectives, and uses logic and reasoning to reach well-informed conclusions.

Communicates Effectively: Communicates clearly, confidently, and authentically in oral and written forms.

Preferred Skills:

ITGC SOX, ISO 27001, SOC, TAG, ARP.

Compliance programs and audits.

Risk assessment methodologies.

Audit frameworks.
