Job OverviewTeamLogic IT of Mountain View is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our clients' IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, servers, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor client IT infrastructure, including computer, network, server, and system maintenance
  • Implement and manage projects, from small to large-scale
  • Troubleshoot complex network and hardware issues
  • Update client IT documentation, network maps, and tickets
  • Manage server accounts, including joining new and existing computers to the domain
  • Configure and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
  • Implement data backup and recovery strategies, including local and cloud-based solutions
  • Migrate local and hosted email systems
  • Troubleshoot and remediate issues on PC, Mac, and Linux workstations
  • Provide remote telephone support to resolve issues
  • Design, plan, implement, and support network infrastructure, including DHCP, DNS, domains, firewalls, VLANs, VPN access, and redundant ISP load balancing and failover
  • Configure and administer Windows and Linux servers, including virtualization, Active Directory, and cloud hosting
  • Set up maintenance schedules and monitor issues using remote management tools
  • Configure VOIP phone systems
