We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Healthcare Paramedic to join our team at Spaulding Hospital - Boston and Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care and management of patients under the Mobile Integrated Healthcare program.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and interact with patients, providing primary care and/or advanced life support as needed.
- Facilitate continuity of care by communicating with physicians and healthcare facilities.
- Respond to patient needs through home visits, assessments, and treatments.
- Work in traditional and non-traditional settings, providing ALS care and non-emergency care.
- Effectively communicate and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Follow operational flow and procedures to maximize utilization.
- Assist in the development of processes and education materials.
- Function as a facilitator and educator for clinical programs.
- Drive performance management and assure delivery of high-quality patient care and customer service.
Requirements
- Associates degree in emergency medical services, healthcare, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a field paramedic.
- EMT I/C or equivalent instructor experience.
- Instructor certification in ACLS, PALS, or related pediatric course, AMLS, CPR.
- MA EMT-P Certification.
- ACLS Certification.
- Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Valid driver's license with no driving violations.
- Driving record in compliance with department policy.
