About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic to join our Mobile Healthcare team on a per diem basis. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing advanced life support and medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including emergency medical services and community outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring advanced life support and critical care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams and other stakeholders.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on emergency medical services and critical care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in emergency medical services and critical care.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in emergency medical services, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a field paramedic, with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care.
  • EMT-I/C certification or equivalent instructor experience.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
