Job Summary

Natural Retreats is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team in Sun Valley, ID. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all properties and homes in the Natural Retreats portfolio.
  • Ensure all properties meet the company's brand standards and are consistently prepared for guest arrivals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and perform basic mechanical and electronic repairs as needed.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to recruit, hire, and train property managers and maintenance team members.
  • Assist with financial reporting, vendor invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Supervise daily responsibilities related to property managers and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug testing and background screening.
  • Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of home systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly autonomous and self-motivated with effective time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Growth mindset with a flexible approach to work.
Work Environment

This is a seasonal, full-time position with flexible hours. Weekends and holidays may be busy with guest arrivals and departures. The Property Manager should be available to work on call 2-3 nights per week and be flexible with their schedule.
