Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our apartment communities, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities, including marketing and leasing
* Maintain property integrity and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
* Screen prospective residents and conduct credit checks
* Collect rents and process payments
* Serve notices and prepare agreements
* Develop and maintain reports and records

Requirements:

* Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
* Two (2) years of previous property management experience
* Previous experience with Entrata Property Management Software preferred
* Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
* Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.
* Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
* Available for after-hours emergencies
* Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols
* High school degree or equivalent
* Current valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
