Early Learning Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our ACES Early Learning team as an Early Learning Aide. This part-time position will provide a safe and engaging environment for preschool and elementary age students in our child care program.
Key Responsibilities- Implement age-appropriate activities for a group of up to 10 children, as planned by site leadership.
- Lead a safe and engaging environment for children enrolled in the program.
- Work independently and jointly with other staff members to lead larger groups.
- Provide childcare experience working with same-age children.
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children in the program.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Childcare experience working with same-age children.
- Fluent in speaking the English language.
- Must pass a background check through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or must be obtained within first 90 days of employment.
