Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Learning Aide to join our team at MAPS Center for Learning. As an Early Learning Aide, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging environment for children enrolled in our program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement age-appropriate activities as planned by site leadership for a group of up to 10 children.
  • Lead larger groups in cooperation with other staff members.
  • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children in your care.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement educational programs.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Childcare experience working with same-age children.
  • Fluent in speaking the English language.
  • Must pass a background check through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for an extended amount of time.
