Childcare Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Assistant to join our team at Kids Korner, a childcare program located in elementary buildings and the Community Learning Center for students in grades Kindergarten through 4th grade.
Job Summary:The Childcare Assistant will assist in planning, preparation, and implementation of daily activities, provide care and supervision for children, and maintain site order. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be able to follow specialized behavioral plans, participate in a variety of physical activities, and work with children with disabilities.
Responsibilities:- Assist in planning, preparation, and implementation of daily activities

The Childcare Assistant will receive a competitive hourly wage of $12.50 per hour, as well as FREE childcare for Kids Korner employees during working hours. Additionally, the position is eligible for a monthly State of Minnesota grant for hours worked, providing approximately an additional $2.00 per hour.
