Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Lobby Attendant to join our team at SupplyCore. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our tenants and visitors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Friendly and professionally greet and direct employees and visitors to the appropriate areas/floors of the building, correcting any inappropriate behavior and escorting individuals out of the building as needed.
  • Security and Monitoring: Conduct morning and afternoon building walk-throughs, monitor security camera footage for suspicious activity or areas of concern, and coordinate package pickups with carriers.
  • Visitor Management: Monitor and authorize visitor entry to the SupplyCore levels of the building, verifying appointments, completing the sign-in process, and issuing badges before granting visitor access.
  • Package and Mail Management: Receive and sort mail and packages, notify tenants of deliveries accordingly, and coordinate handoffs of potential clients to the Property Manager.
  • General Information and Tours: Provide general information and on-site tours of the 5th floor co-working space, coordinating handoffs of potential clients to the Property Manager.
  • Maintenance Requests: Escalate maintenance requests to the building attendant team.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience working as a building security, greeter, or office administrator.
  • Skills: Calm and collected, ability to maintain professional composure under potentially stressful situations; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lift, pull, or push up to 10 pounds; observant with the ability to accurately identify potentially dangerous situations or suspicious characters.
  • Technical Skills: PC proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
