Job Summary:

As a key member of the SupplyCore team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 303 North Main Street building. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our tenants and visitors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and directing employees and visitors to the appropriate areas of the building.
  • Conduct regular building walk-throughs to monitor security and identify potential issues.
  • Authorize and manage visitor access to restricted areas, verifying appointments and completing sign-in processes.
  • Coordinate package pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient receipt and distribution of mail and packages.
  • Provide information and on-site tours of the 5th floor co-working space, showcasing the amenities and services offered by SupplyCore.
  • Escalate maintenance requests to the building attendant team, ensuring prompt attention to any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a related field, such as building security, greeter, or office administration.
  • Calm and composed, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 10 pounds.
  • Observant and able to identify potential security risks or suspicious activity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
