Job Overview


The Assistant Store Cosmetology Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our retail stores. This individual is responsible for supervising and guiding store associates, fostering an exceptional client experience, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and omni-channel strategies.


Key Responsibilities



  • Leadership and Development: Provides guidance and support to store associates, empowering them to deliver outstanding customer experiences that drive sales and loyalty. Ensures all brand standards are met, including merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, and dress code.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversees the execution of company processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, such as inventory management, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Safety and Loss Prevention: Maintains a safe store environment, adhering to policies and procedures, and protecting company assets by ensuring proper inventory and cash control procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of prior management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
  • Effective communication skills with team and management.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
