Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of restaurant staff and shift managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and labor control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career growth
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience in the food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel industry
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
