About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rehab Director to lead our physical therapy team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and effective operations of the rehabilitation department
  • Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data
  • Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
  • Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
  • Provide physical therapy services as needed

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
  • Experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Management experience preferred
