About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Therapy Specialist to join our team in Portland, Maine. As a Mobile Therapy Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes or other settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation.
  • Develop personalized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or actively pursuing licensure.
  • A minimum of one year of professional experience in occupational therapy.
